2) With a partner, choose a language group that is in Severe, High, or Medium Threat of Endangerment from the map on the website linked above. Please put your chosen group in this spreadsheet so there is no overlap (each pair should profile a different language).

4) Profiling an Endangered Voice: answer the following in a succinct Google Slides presentation, include images, maps, statistics and audio if possible.

A) Include a title slide with the name of the language and the regions where it is spoken.

B) To what language family or families is this language attached (Indo-European, Sino-Tibetan, Afro-Asiatic)?

C) What are the root (or central) causes for this language's potential extinction?

D) What are the most unique features of the language or the people who speak it?

E) How might this language be revitalized? Or, if you cannot find information about the revitalization of this particular language, how can languages be revitalized in a general sense?
